SHIPPING POLICY


We will normally process your order in 1-2 business days. For clothing, we normally ship within 7 to 10 business days

 

Shipping Class and Schedule
 

​1.1 We ship internationally. Shipping within Singapore is free. International shipping will be charge depend on the location of the buyer, total weight purchase, and the type of class chosen to be deliver. The amount of the shipping will be calculated automatically when you select your country and the class chosen during check out.

1.2 We have 4 classes of shipping for you to choose.

 

1.2.1 TNT Shipped internationally, Transit time can range from 2 to 3 days to 5-6 days depending on location. Max weight is 30kg. For order more than 30kg, please contact us.


1.2.2 UPS Shipped to Malaysia, Taiwan, China and USA. Transit time is 2 to 3 days. Max weight is 30kg, For order more than 30kg, please contact us.

1.2.3 Singpost Airmail Shipping will be by Singapore Postal system and max weight of 2kg only. Parcel will be send by registered mail and a tracking number will be given to you after the item is shipped. For some countries, registered mail will not be possible subject to Singapore postal regulation. In that case, advise will be given and approval seek before we shipped. See transit time for Airmail.

1.2.4 Singpost Surface Mail Shipping will be by Singapore Postal system and max weight of 2kg only. Parcel will be send by registered mail and a tracking number will be given to you after the item is shipped. For some countries, registered mail will not be possible subject to Singapore postal regulation. In that case, advise will be given and approval seek before we shipped. See transit time for Surface Mail

1.2.5 Transit time are in working days for delivery to Capital Cities. Any delay at the custom is beyond our control and any inconvenience is regretted. If for any reasons you have not received delivery within the given days, please contact us. 


 

Order Acceptance
 

2.1 We reserve the right to improve, alter or modify designs without prior notification. All sizes are approximate. Colours shown on the site are intended as a guide only.
 

 

2.2 Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to Cancel and Order.

 

2.3 Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: 

 

2.3.1. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock 

 

2.3.2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment 

 

2.3.3. The identification of a pricing or product description error 
 

2.3.4. You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions
